For placements for mental health please speak to your GP or your current medical professional / support team and ask them to make a referral. If you are already working with Live Well Kent they will also be able to make a referral for you.
For chronic pain, please have a look at the requirements here to see if you qualify. If you do, please ask your GP to complete the referral form
Our DWELL programme (Diabetes and Wellbeing) is accessible to all people over 18 with type 2 diabetes. There is no need for a referral, please contact us directly

We sell freshly baked bread, dried herbs, herbal teas, cooking oils and massage oils, chutneys and conserves, stained glass, jewellery, hanging baskets and plants, greetings cards, and seasonal items such as Christmas cards and Easter decorations. Everything is produced on site as part of our therapeutic workshops, and all proceeds go towards the running of the Blackthorn Trust.
Yes, members of the public are welcome to visit the garden free of charge
